D/S BORDVIK ble senket i havnen i Surabaya, Java den 3.3.1942, og mannskapet ble innlosjert i land. Den 20.12.1943 ble mannskapet internert av japanerne, og overflyttet til Singapore. Frigitt den 7.9.1945. Ankom Colombo, Ceylon 9.10.1945 med D/S CILICIA.
Kom til Norge fra Newcastle den 7.11.1945 med M/S ASTREA og ankom Norge den 9.11.1945.
Fangenskaplønn fra 4.5.1942 til 9.1.1946.
