Registernummer under krigen: London 22463, NY 30777.
Etter at Ida Knudsen ble torpedert av italiensk ubåt 21.07.1941 ble mannskapet landet i Fransk Marokko den 28.07.41 og sendt til interneringsleir. De ble frigitt den 16.11.1942 og ankom Port Lyautey den 24.11.1942 hvor de blant annet arbeidet for amerikanske styrker.
Kom hjem til Oslo med M/S Toulouse 1946.
