JOHANSEN, WILLIE, styrmann, Eidanger. Født 30. september 1908 på Nøtterøy, s. av William Johansen, f. 1879 i Stokke, og Dagny f. Olsen, f. 1876 på Nøtterøy. Gift 1934 i Dypvåg med Marianne Sofie Stamland, f. 1909 i Eidanger. 3 barn. Styrmanns-, skipper og radioskole. Var 1. styrmann på d/s Nordal til skipet ble torpedert. Gikk deretter inn i Den norske marine. Var på vei fra New York til England med «Kosmos II». Skipet ble torpedert, og han kom seg i en livbåt. Ville forsøke å redde en syk ombord i kokeriet, men gikk ned med skipet 28. oktober 1942.
