Maskinist, Bergen. Født 12. mai 1901 i Bergen, s. av Isidoro Tognarelli, f. 1837 i Coreglia, Italia, og Wilhelmine Maria f. Jørgensen, f. 1867 i Bergen. Var tidligere telegrafbetjent. Seilte i alliert fart under krigen, og gikk 10. februar 1942 inn i den britiske marine. Var på H.M.T. Svega til han døde 10. mars 1944.
