Var fra 23. oktober 1941 påmønstret M/T "Lind", ett av "Kvarstadskipene" som forlot Gøteborg natten mellom 31. mars og 1. april 1945 etter forhandlinger mellom de allierte og Sverige. Av de 10 skip som forlot Gøteborg kom kun M/T "Lind" og M/T "B.P. Newton" vel frem til Storbritannia.
Andersen fikk sin krigsfartstid registrert fra 31. mars 1942, da skipet kom utenfor "sperresonen".
Til Norge den 7. desember 1945 fra Newcastle med "BRETAGNE".
