LINDMOEN, ERLING, fyrbøter, mekaniker, Elverum. Født 29. juli 1910 i Løten, s. av Jens Lindmoen, f. 1880 i Elverum, og Anna f. Iversen, f. 1882 i Skedsmo. Dro til sjøs 16 år gammel med m/s Taiwan. Gikk inn i Den engelske marine i august 1940, og tjenestegjorde forskjellige steder, sist «Sphinx». Ble drept 24. juli 1942 under innlastning av bomber i et engelsk fly i Egypt da en bombe eksploderte.
