TJEMSLAND, FERDINAND, bokholder, Stavanger. Født 18. juni 1917 i Stavanger, s. av Abraham Tjemsland, f. 1881 i Varhaug, og Gina f. Gundersen, f. 1882 i Håland. Handelsskole. Ble arrestert 7. august 1943 for å ha gitt ut illegal avis og for organisering av sabotasje. Satt på Grini, ble dømt til døden 31. mars 1944 og skutt på Trandum 10. mai (KSR bruker 9. mai) s. å. Gravlagt i Stavanger.
