Fartstid og andre opplysninger v/ Solveig Hokstad
Etter krigen: Begynte i marinen, var på ubåt noen år. Stasjonert i Trondheim. Så sjøforsvaret, hvor han for det meste arbeidet på Oscarsborg festning, ble kapteinløytnant. Ansvar for miner og torpedoer bl.a. Han og min mor flyttet til Drøbak i 1953. Vi bodde i Drøbak.
Halvor Petter Karlsen døde den 27.oktober 1986 .
