KOPPEN, ASBJØRN MAGNUS, matros, Fedje. Født 10. april 1920 i Lindås, s. av Edvard M. Koppen, f. 1881 i Lindås, og Marta f. Toft, f. 1888 s. st. Skoleskipskurs. Seilte flere år i utenriksfart. Høsten 1939 reiste han ut med m/s Siranger, og etter krigens utbrudd seilte han i alliert fart. Omkom 11. oktober 1942 da «El Lago» ble torpedert av tyske u-båter, på vei fra Murmansk til New York.
