Våre falne:
Ble tvangsutskrevet til å tjenstgjøre som matros på d/s Karmøy. Da skipet passerte svenskekysten, hoppet han overbord for å komme til Sverige. Men under den anstrengende svømmeturen fikk han krampe og druknet 6. august 1942. Gravlagt i Hunnebostrand, Sverige.
